The reform movement initiated by David trained 10000 British community organizers to change their communities. He also served as the Vice President of Sunderland Football Club until 2013. He regularly gives lectures at MIT and participates in a series of seminars with former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice at Stanford University to explore geopolitical issues. He also co chairs the Global Oceans Commission with former Costa Rican President Jos \u00e9 Maria Figueres Olsen, established by multinational political organizations to protect the high seas around the world.
