Victor Mayer Scheenberg

The father of big data, the author of the big data era, the earliest data scientist to understand the development trends of the big data era, and also the most respected authoritative spokesperson. I am currently a professor of Internet Governance and Regulation at the School of Networking at Oxford University. Formerly served as the head of the Information Regulation Research Program at Kennedy College, Harvard University, and the director of the Information and Innovation Strategy Research Center at Lee Kuan Yew College, National University of Singapore. He also serves as a visiting professor at multiple universities, including Yale University and the University of Chicago.
