Gregor Dyke

Grigordock, former BBC Director General, President of Brentford Football Club, Ambassador to the Theatre Group and the British Film Association. Gregor was previously the host of GMTV, a British morning television station, and served on the boards of Sky Broadcasting, Pearson, Channel 4, and Independent Television News. He guided the production of Channel 5 programs and established the largest production company outside of the United States. He is the CEO of LWT Holdings Group and joined Pearson Television in 1994 as the CEO. From 1997 to 1999, he served as a non-executive director of Manchester United Football Club; From 1995 to 2005, he served as the director of the Science Museum. In 2000, he became the Director General of the British Broadcasting Corporation. He has restructured the BBC's organizational structure, reducing the proportion of management costs in total revenue from 24% to 15%. During his four years at the BBC, he opened up four digital television channels, five new radio networks, and helped create Freeview.
