Stafford has been working in the IT industry for over 15 years and has held numerous positions throughout his entire career. He has worked in many companies before establishing his own consulting and engineering services company. After the company was acquired, he joined a multinational enterprise software company called Wangwei Company and moved to the United States, working at the company headquarters for 6 and a half years. He played an important role in the field of open source software in the United States, and later returned to South Africa to serve as the South African regional manager of NetEase. Later, he became the CEO of Google in Africa and sub Saharan Africa. He is committed to studying the impact of technology in society and different cultures. He has a very thorough understanding of what is happening in the present and how to utilize it. Stafford does not insist on a specific speech theme or scope, he prefers to creatively and freely express the speech content based on each client and each vertical business unit. And he only did this to ensure greater relevance and value to the audience with maximum influence.
