Josh Walman is the founder and general manager of RPD International. At the age of 10, Walman designed his first robot. At the age of 13, he sent his design and \u00a3 500 in savings to a factory in China for parts production. Five years later, his company had over 60 employees worldwide and was a supplier to over 100 factories of multiple large manufacturing companies worldwide.
