Mick Cornett is a former mayor of Oklahoma City, USA, who has been in this position since 2004. He is the first mayor in Oklahoma City's history to serve four consecutive terms, and also the longest serving mayor among the 50 major cities in the United States. In 2017, Cornett was appointed as a member of the Automation Committee of the US Department of Transportation, responsible for overseeing autonomous driving traffic policies. On February 22, 2017, Cornett announced that he would no longer seek a fifth term as the mayor of Oklahoma. On April 19, 2018, Fortune magazine released the 2018 list of the world's 50 greatest leaders, with Cornett ranking 25th.
