Ecocity Builders is an NGO organization located in Silicon Valley, dedicated to guiding the global dissemination and construction of ecological city concepts. Miller himself is a member of the International Ecocity Conference and an international speaker in the field of ecological city construction. Since 2013, Miller has also served as the Vice Chairman of the International Committee on Ecological City Development. In 2007, he joined the Ecocity World Summit Committee and hosted the longest eco city tour conference.
