Thomas Angelo is an expert in the fields of \new cultural challenges brought about by the artificial intelligence revolution\, innovation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on humans, society, and business. Angelo is an entrepreneur and the Norwegian Innovation Director of International Business Machines, responsible for the IBM Watson technology platform and customer innovation. He is the founder of the IBM Watson Innovation Laboratory at the Oslo Cancer Cluster, which is IBM Watson's headquarters in Scandinavia and serves all Nordic countries. As an expert at Watson, he works with artificial intelligence every day. He believes that artificial intelligence will have an impact on leadership and the way people connect with each other. However, before we can use artificial intelligence to defeat our opponents, we must first recognize that it can have negative impacts on organizations and culture. Thomas works with Chief Exploration Officers (CXOs) from all over Europe, and experience has taught him that artificial intelligence projects will first have an impact on our company before having a disruptive impact on competitors. Thomas has years of training and teaching experience, and he leads cultural innovation projects with many leaders. Before serving as the Innovation Director at IBM, Angelo was the Innovation Director at the Norwegian Tax Authorities. He pioneered the disruptive nature of cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, and other digital financial systems and technologies that have had an impact on existing national financial markets. Angelo has established multiple startups in the United States, Norway, and Serbia, with over 25 years of global IT and telecommunications executive experience. Angelo is a serial entrepreneur, a 2017 TED speaker, a winner of the 2013 \Undomized Project UP Unsung Hero\ award, a \2009 Social Entrepreneur\ and a \Top 10 Most Influential Foreigner in Norway\ in 2006. He is a second level coach of the International Basketball Federation, who has led the team to championships 10 times and has over ten years of successful experience.
