Tabham is the co-founder and executive director of Kaelo Consulting Co., Ltd., a successful medical service company specializing in AIDS projects. He is also the founding director of Lonely Way Foundation, which aims to help rural communities deal with their own problems of orphans and vulnerable children. Tabam was born in Gaborone, Botswana, Africa, and grew up in Namibia, the former South West Africa in the era of apartheid. Currently, he lives and works in Johannesburg. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town. He worked under the renowned South African entrepreneur Mark Charterworth and later pursued a successful career in the banking industry as a commercial banker at Standard Bank of South Africa. He then became involved in the struggles faced by our generation to protect people's quality of life. He has received the support of numerous leaders in South Africa, such as Judge Klimsen and Judge Edwin Cameron, and Cyril Ramafsa has also expressed support for Tabham through email, stating that his willingness to selflessly work to maintain and enhance the lives and health of others is truly commendable. He is not only committed to fighting against HIV, but also other silent killers in South Africa who do not pay attention to prevention, such as diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and other diseases. The belief he and Kaelo uphold is that if a family's pillars remain vibrant and productive, the entire family has the best chance of survival. Through his work in the field of HIV\/AIDS, Tabham became keen to pay attention to the lost generation, the young generation of Africans, who could not get love and support, nor property and opportunities. In South Africa alone, there are 60000 families that need to raise children, and he predicts that crime rates, prostitution, and domestic violence will only continue to increase unless all South Africans mobilize to take action. At present, he often delivers speeches to a large audience on the importance of mobilizing people to save the country. Talbam's journey made us understand the bitter life of AIDS orphans and vulnerable children and the challenges they face when they live alone. The Lonely Road Foundation hopes to establish a strong network of volunteers, non-governmental organization personnel, Congressional Budget Office personnel, etc., in order to provide the assistance that rural and impoverished communities need. In 2008, Tabham was nominated for the Gentlemen's Final of Johnny Walker's Search for Walking; In 2009, Tabham was named the sixth best dressed man in South Africa by GQ magazine, and was also voted as their ideal husband by female readers of Charm magazine.
