Dr. Asmin Albruch dedicated his life to acquiring academic and training experience to promote the social development of Oman. She has 20 years of accumulated educational knowledge and firmly believes that education can bring positive changes to people's lives. Yasmin has always followed his passion for education. Initially in 1997, she worked as a language teacher at the Ministry of Education. Five years later, she began working as an educator, mentor, and reformer at the School of Banking and Finance in universities. As the vice dean of the college, she is in charge of academic support and student affairs, making many contributions to the college. In addition, she has been actively committed to various teaching activities and research, including female leadership, communication skills, work life balance, stress management, and emotional intelligence. She is a registered emotional intelligence trainer, 6-second emotional intelligence coach, and consultant. Yasmin holds a senior position in the Academic Accreditation Committee of Oman's Higher Education Institutions and is a highly respected local figure in Oman. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Oman Higher Education Quality Network, and in addition, she holds senior positions in many educational and training institutions, including a board member of the University of Muscat and an external auditor of the Ministry of Higher Education. Currently, Dr. Asmin has focused her main energy on motivating the next generation of leaders. She believes that they should not be limited to achieving success in the business field, but should focus on various aspects of life. She focuses on cultivating employees with high potential, helping them become management oriented talents through carefully designed projects. She has organized seminars for institutions such as HSBC, Oman National Bank, Muscat Bank, and Zofar Bank multiple times. Yasmin obtained a doctoral degree in education from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, and a bachelor's and master's degree from Sultan Kabus University, the most renowned institution in Oman.
