Johnny Hewlett is the European CEO of the Italian fashion group Desai. Previously, he was the CEO of Desai China and is currently responsible for overseeing Desai's business, website, and fashion network in Europe. Hewlett focuses on promoting organizational change, integrating different cultures, and drawing on methods proven by other industries to achieve breakthrough results. From fast moving consumer goods company Procter&Gamble to fashion group Desai, Hewlett Packard has accumulated rich experience in leadership, change, and trade consumer management. Hewlett's career began at Procter&Gamble. In 1997, he joined Procter&Gamble's Fine Fragrance department, which was formed by the merger of Eurocos from Germany and Giorgio Beverly Hills from Beverly Hills in the United States. His initial task was to create a global trade market department by merging two companies with significant cultural and geographical differences.
